My Story: After more than 30 years of a career as a licensed clinical psychologist providing therapy, doing research, and being a professor, I decided to start a YouTube channel as an additional way to share the benefits of therapy and information on human behavior in the hopes of removing the fear and stigma related to therapy and research on human behavior. My goal is to answer questions about how therapy works and to share life-changing therapy facts from the courageous humans who dare to trust me with their most painful thoughts and experiences. My wish is that viewers walk away with some new information, new ways of thinking, and feeling hopeful about creating the life of their dreams.
